Blueprint protocol page: sleep timing och hair regimen changes
PROTOCOL CHANGE: the page now sets a 2-hour minimum between the last meal och bed, with 4- och 6-hour tests; hair dosering is 7% topical minoxidil, 5 mg oral minoxidil, och a 302-diode cap.
The current Blueprint protocol page changes several practical details från the 12 augusti snapshot. The sleep section now says the last meal should be at least 2 hours before bed, with experiments at 4 och 6 hours. The older snapshot stated 4 hours as the target. The page still reports Johnson’s personal pattern of stopping food around noon och links a pre-bed resting heart rate of about 39 beats per minute with a good night’s sleep. The current hair section lists a 7% topical minoxidil solution at 1 mL each night, up från 5% i the prior snapshot. It lists oral minoxidil at 5 mg daily, up från 3.75 mg. The red-light device is now named the Blueprint 302 Laser Cap at 655 nm, replacing the generic red-light-cap wording. The daily routine still lists NR 450 mg or NMN 500 mg, metformin 500 mg i six-week cycles, och the other prescription items. These are protocol statements från one person, not comparative trials. The page now labels the material as historical personal protocol information och says some treatments are not FDA godkänd. The clearest update is the meal-timing revision; the page does not publish adherence data or a new outcome series for the change.
Try till have your last meal of the day at least two hours (experiment with 4 och 6 hours before) before bed och avoid large meals close till bedtime.
Niko Hems’ 13 augusti review says Johnson’s N=1 design cannot separate the effects of diet, exercise, sleep, och tillskott, och that biomarker shifts do not prove longer friska life. Eric Topol wrote that the 150-year Blueprint was “doomed till fail.” Neither piece supplies evidens for a meal-timing or hair-dos upgrade.
