GLOW Stack (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500)
Aesthetic-leaning upgrade to the Wolverine Stack, adding GHK-Cu for skin and collagen. Three-peptide blend with zero combination data and no injectable GHK-Cu human evidence.
The GLOW Stack combines GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) with BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single lyophilized vial, typically 70 mg total in a 5:1:1 mass ratio (50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157). Priced around $128, it is positioned as an aesthetic-leaning upgrade to the Wolverine stack.
GHK-Cu has the best human evidence of the three components, but only for topical use. Controlled trials show increased skin density and thickness and reduced wrinkle depth from facial creams. There are no human PK or RCT data for injectable GHK-Cu at all, and injecting 50 mg is far outside anything studied.
The stack is mechanistically layered: GHK-Cu for collagen and gene expression, BPC-157 anti-inflammatory, TB-500 for cell migration. No published study has ever evaluated the three-peptide combination together. Synergy claims are entirely extrapolated from single-compound literature.
GHK-Cu dominates by mass (50 of 70 mg), so users chasing injury repair get comparatively little BPC-157 or TB-500. Copper overload is the distinctive risk of high-dose systemic GHK-Cu. No human dosing ceiling has been established. Injection-site irritation and blue-green discoloration are commonly reported with copper peptides.
Co-formulation stability of a copper complex alongside two other peptides in one vial is not well characterized. None of the three is FDA-approved for systemic human use.
