The KLOW Stack is a four-peptide combination: GHK-Cu (50 mg), KPV (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), and TB-500 (10 mg) in an 80 mg single vial, priced around $152. It is sold as an evolution of the GLOW stack with KPV added for anti-inflammatory and mucosal healing coverage.

KPV is an alpha-MSH(11-13) tripeptide with credible preclinical anti-inflammatory and mucosal/IBD data. A January 2026 Science Advances paper used KPV in an oral prodrug conjugate platform for inflammation-targeted GI delivery. However, KPV has zero human clinical trials of any kind.

The four-peptide combination has never been tested in any controlled study, in any species. Every claim is stitched together from single-compound literature. The four mechanistically distinct pathways have little receptor overlap, which is the marketing basis, but also means the cumulative immunogenic burden is the highest of any common stack. Four foreign peptides at once maximizes the chance of an antibody or hypersensitivity response.

Single-vial versions make it impossible to isolate which component caused an adverse effect. Some vendors now ship four separately sealed vials each with its own lot and CoA, which at least allows independent dosing and per-component verification.

Co-dissolving four chemically distinct compounds raises denaturation, precipitation and oxidation risks. Peptide-mixing compatibility grids classify most of these pairings as 'insufficient data'. Copper-overload caution applies to the 50 mg GHK-Cu fraction. None of the four is FDA-approved for systemic human use.

KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500 all received positive PCAC recommendations in July 2026, but these are advisory votes, not FDA decisions.
