It recommends laser diodes, a 630–670 nm wavelength, broad coverage, and sessions of 6 minutes or less. The article repeats claims that LLLT can produce visible hair results in about 4 months and that laser diodes deliver 2.5 times more on-target intensity than LEDs. It does not report a randomized trial of the Blueprint cap, a comparator device, participant count, standardized hair counts, or an adverse-event table. The product page is therefore a marketing explainer and a protocol-adjacent drop, not a self-experiment report. The post cites FDA clearance for the technology in general, but clearance does not establish that this specific cap improves hair growth beyond a comparator. Johnson’s own use is described as routine behavior, with no before-and-after data in the article. The factual update is the device specification and the 6-minute daily use instruction. Claims about regrowth remain product claims until a device-specific human study with a defined endpoint is available.
